Notice of Public Hearings

Please take notice that the Village of Shorewood Hills Plan Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday May 13, 2014 at 7:00 pm at the Village Hall, 810 Shorewood Boulevard, Madison WI to consider the following:

  • A conditional use permit application for construction of patios and a lake access stairwell for property located at 3414 Lake Mendota Drive.

  • A conditional use permit application for a deck addition for property located at 3410 Lake Mendota Drive.

  • A special exception permit application for a two foot roof height exception for property located at 3329 Tally Ho Lane.

Copies of the applications are on file at the Village Hall.

University Avenue Transportation Study
