Notice of Public Hearing

Please take notice that the Village’s Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Village Hall to solicit public comment on an application for rezoning of property at 4610 University Avenue (Pyre Square) from Commercial (C-2P) to a Planned Unit Development General Development Plan (PUD-GDP) which if approved will allow for demolition of the current structure and construction of 188 units of continuum of care facility including a restaurant. The Plan Commission considered a similar application from the same developer last year but the previously approved plans have expired.

Copies of the application are available for review at the Village Hall during regular business hours.

Our vacation reports forms are now on-line for your convenience.  You may complete the fillable form on-line and print it at home.  Please don't e-mail the forms to the Police Department as e-mail is not a secure form of communication.  Residents should mail, fax or drop off the form in person at the Village Hall.
